Shipment Policies and Rates
Work Services Inc. (WSI) is the official courier of the Gabby's Closet. All shipments from pickup to delivery will be handled by Work Services Inc.

  1. Shipment is only restricted within the Philippines.
  2. All rates are subject to 12% Value Added Tax (VAT).
  3. A Valuation Fee equivalent to 1% of declared value or a minimum charge of P10.00 shall apply.
  4. The Chargeable Weight is based on Actual or Volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
  5. Lead Time for regular AIR and LAND deliveries - 2 to 3 days from departure.
  6. Aircraft travel schedule is subject to change, beyond WSI's control, without prior notice.
  7. Process of Failed Deliveries. Deliveries that fail to be completed during the first attempt shall be subject to redelivery strictly under any of the following conditions only:
    1. Consignee/authorized representative not available upon arrival at consignee's address; or
    2. Delivery address closed upon arrival.
In such cases, redelivery shall be attempted for two (2) consecutive times. If upon the three attempts, delivery cannot still be completed, item shall be returned to CLIENT and subject to corresponding delivery charges.
Return to Sender (RTS)
Deliveries shall immediately be returned to sender under any of the following conditions:
  1. Delivery address permanently closed;
  2. Incomplete delivery address;
  3. Unknown delivery address;
  4. Consignee unknown;
  5. Consignee no longer resides or holds office in given address;
  6. Consignee refused to accept; or
  7. Three (3) failed delivery attempts
Gabby's Closet will not be held liable for any damages, loss, item returns, charges or any actions involved in the shipment of shoes.
Gabby's Closet declines responsibility of shipment delay for reasons beyond control.
Return Policies
For Exchange of shoes, the following process will apply:
  1. Contact Gabby's Closet for the shoe return and exchange.
  2. Shoes can only be returned within 5 calendar days from the date the buyer received it.
  3. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
  4. Once Gabby's Closet receives the shoes, it will be inspected if eligible for exchange.
  5. Shoes must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. All accessories must be complete.
  6. Shoes must be in the original packaging.
  7. If eligible for exchange Gabby's Closet shall send the buyer's chosen shoe for replacement.
  8. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
  9. If not eligible for exchange Gabby's Closet shall return the shoes to the buyer.
  10. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
